The use of carbon fiber for the crank arms not only reduces the weight of the 1x12-speed crankset, in combination with the foam core incredible strength and maximum stiffness are guaranteed as well. Also the unique spider design, which uses the proprietary Thread Mount system for attaching the T-Type chainring, contributes to an incredibly lightweight crank without sacrificing reliability.
