If your Giant or Liv branded helmet is damaged from a cycling accident, Giant South Africa will offer a 30% discount on a replacement Giant/Liv helmet as long as there is original proof of purchase.

Giant South Africa will aim to provide this discounted helmet, which is either like for like or the latest equivalent model.

In order to request a crash replacement helmet, take your damaged helmet, along with your proof of purchase, a brief report on the accident and evidence/images of the cycling accident to your local Giant or Liv retailer.

Giant South Africa will liaise with the Dealer and, if approved, arrange the discounted replacement helmet.
