Participants take part entirely at their own risk and agree that
they shall have no claim whatsoever against the organizing
body, any individual or official, marshal, assistant helper or
agent, the sponsors or any local authority or their employees,
in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which participants
may suffer arising as a result of, or arising out of, whether
di- rectly or indirectly, the participants arrival and departure
thereof, attendance at registration, prize giving or other function
thereof, any loss or damage to bicycles or other equipment, or
indirectly by the negligence, albeit gross, of one or more or all
of the above mentioned parties. Parents / Guardians signing.
this entry form hereby consent to such minor being bound to
the afore going and further indemnity the organizer and aforementioned
parties to the extent, if any, to which such minor is
not capable of waiving his/her rights as stipulated above.

Rules
1. Participants must complete the course entirely under their
own power and slipstream of any vehicle or motorcycle is
prohibited.
2. Wearing of protective headgear is compulsory.
3. Cyclists must obey all Marshals and Officials-otherwise they
will be disqualified.
4. No seconding of any manner from any vehicle is permitted.
5. No vehicles will be allowed on the cycling route. All vehicles
only allowed in allocated parking area at start/finish.
6. The max speed limit for all vehicles is 40 km/h.
7. Any littering will be punishable with a fine of R100.
8. All decisions by the officials shall be confirmed and will be
deemed and binding.
